Today after many months of should I or shouldn’t I and after discussing with Mrs. ZM I ordered DDp Yoga, it seems to be getting good results and hell I’m broken enough to qualify as a pro wrestler.
With it comes a subscription to DDp Yoga now, a place to document my journey as well as a lot of cool stuff like workouts and other things. One of the things I found was the chair warrior workouts, for thse who might be to broken for regular DDP yoga, which lets face it is me. So I did the first one today and it felt really good, I will do it again tomorrow along with part two.
Tomorrow I will also take a bunch of pictures of my body as well as do a more in depth posting but I think this is a good start.
