Getting things together, a little update

So this weekend was a rough one for me, post reduction attempt i have increased leg and lower back pain, I had to cut out of work early on Friday night, much to the irritation of my co workers no doubt. Sunday I took Little ZM to the range so we could try to dial in my holographic site on my AR. I learned that I am blind as a bat at the 100 yard mark, shots where all over the place, i think some of that can be attributed to not being fully comfortable with my rifle. We did get it rolling better at the 50 yard range so that was better, going to look at a magnifier to help me get it dialed in at 100 and then it will be shoot it alot until i can handle that rifle like its no bodies business.

Monday found me back at the range shooting my primary carry guns, did much better, although a side note to that is that I have a bad batch of 45 acp i reloaded that don’t want to cycle worth a damn, i only have 100 or so of those left so I will muddle through with them and can redo them, i could pull them apart with the press, but this is more fun even with the loading issues.

Been in a lot of pain lately so I haven’t had a chance to really start DDp Yoga, hoping to do that tonight, I am looking forward to doing it, I think it will be good for me and if I can get Mrs.ZM to do it as well it could become something we can do together.

Humorously yesterday I found out some of my co-workers call me management’s pet; not sure how I earned this title, as pet owners they are pretty terrible when you think about it, they never let me out for a walk, they wont clean up after me, and no one ever scratches my ears, worst pet owners ever. I laughed when I heard it, they were all up in arms about the quarterly shift bid, which I cant actually do because I haven’t been in dispatch long enough, and he shift I want is currently being filled by one of my co-workers and I wont bump them out of their spot.

Otherwise I’m working days this week, pretty tired this morning but that’s pretty much par for the course for me now days.
