Well here I am in a month I will be in radiology at the U of M getting my pelvis needle biopsied to see if I have any infection, afterward providing it’s clean we should be scheduling my big surgery, to say I am a bit nervous and excited is an under statement. The idea that I could by the end of the year be walking without my walker, and finally getting my life back in order is forefront in my thoughts.
The last eleven months have been rough, I have learned many life lessons, found strength i had forgotten was there, and have more empathy for those who are less able, that being said I can’t wait tor the next chapter in my recovery.
tomorrow I am off for 4 lovely days, and working my usual 2p-2a shifts at the end of the week, I’m going to really try to get myself into some semblance of workout routine over the next couple days, because well I need to be in better shape for surgery and rehab.
looking forward to having 4 days off this week, going to work on my web skills, and do some all by myself shooting. In regards to the web design refresher I need to brush up on my front end skills and rebuild my portfolio. I am looking forward to doing some shooting on my own, so often I end up with my friends and they do all the shooting, I also want to start doing some firearms reviews.
here is a fun quote I found
Ever tried. Ever failed.
No matter.
Try Again. Fail again.
Fail better.
