day 3 of stomach bug, I’m feeling a great deal better, I am a little miffed that this illness has pretty much taken me out of commission for the week, I will be at work 1 day this week, and then 2 days next week.

The Go Fund Me is going really well and I am hopeful my surgery goes well next week too.  I see my doctor on Friday, sadly its not John Hurt or David Tennent, to go over my procedure and to discuss where everything stands.  I have hope that my recovery is easy, an that my scans for the next 10 years are clear.  Somethings I haven’t gone into very clearly because well its kinda scary is that this type of cancer, doesn’t go away without a fight.  They will go in and remove a lot of tissue, and hope that it’s all gone, but there is a really good chance it is going to come back, so my scans are really important to do, obviously the longer I go as “clean” the better, since science is progressing everyday, and maybe when this comes back my doctor will say “Oh, lets just get rid of that for you”  Or “wow, that sucks, here let me get some scans and we can print you a new <insert structure here>”

Next Tuesday is going to be hard, there is a chance I wont be able to return to Gillette if things don’t go well with my surgery, a lot of lifting and turning is done in my job.
